We publish our prices. Most agencies don’t. Here’s why.
Ask ten agencies what a chatbot costs and you’ll get ten versions of “let’s hop on a call.” The call is rarely about your project. It’s about your budget — the price gets decided after they’ve sized you up.
We do the opposite. Every service on this site has a fixed scope and a fixed price, in writing, before you commit to anything. You can disqualify us in thirty seconds. That’s a feature, not a bug: we’d rather lose a bad fit fast than waste your week on calls.
Published prices only work with published scopes. That’s why every quote spells out exactly what’s included — and what isn’t. If the scope changes mid-project, the price changes, and you approve it first. No invoice surprises, ever.
There’s a tradeoff and you should know it: we can’t discount the price without changing the scope. If a number doesn’t work for you, we’ll shrink the scope honestly rather than quietly cutting corners to hit a budget.
The agencies hiding their prices aren’t necessarily dishonest. But a price that’s decided on a sales call is a price about you, not about the work. Ours is about the work.
